Typical Task List
* Clean and polish all windows, window frames and sills.
* Clean all skirting boards.
* Clean all door frames and doors.
* Clean all electrical sockets and switches and light fittings.
* Clean all bedroom fitted wardrobes and cupboards.
* Clean all living room cupboards.
* Clean all kitchen cupboards and surfaces.
* Clean all fridges, cookers and other appliances.
* Clean and polish all wall tiles.
* Clean and polish basins, bath, showers, toilet, bidets and mirrors.
* Vacuum carpets.
* Vacuum and mop floor tiles and lino.
* Vacuum and polish wooden floors.
* Remove refuse from garden or driveway areas
* Sweep paths and tidy outside areas.
* In newly decorated rooms remove paint and plaster splashes and labels from new appliances and furniture (not safety labels)
* Leave property dust free, clean and fresh.
