Rent should continue to be paid as it falls due.

If your circumstances change please let us know by emailing office@ianperks.com. Supply as much detail as possible as we will need to discuss this with your landlord.

Repairs

Repairs can still be logged with us through our online portal. We are working closely with contractors to ensure that repairs are carried out safely and as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.

When you report a repair, please advise us if you or a member of your household or immediate family:

• Is feeling unwell or has any possible symptoms of Coronavirus (a recent persistent cough or a high temperature)

• Has come into contact with anyone who has displayed symptoms of Coronavirus

• Is currently self-isolating and when the self-isolation commenced

• Whether there are any occupiers in the property over the age of 70 or occupiers with underlying health conditions or anyone that falls into any other vulnerable category.
