These established Formstack forms remain unchanged. Choose the option that matches your role and complete the form on the secure Formstack service.

Before you start

View the property and wait for our instructions.

Each person aged 18 or over who will make the property their main home should normally complete an individual application. A limited company and a guarantor use separate forms. We may ask for supporting evidence and identity information after reviewing the application.

Do not pay a holding deposit until the Ian Perks team asks you to do so.

After submitting

Track progress through your portal.

Allow the team time to set up the application record before registering. Once available, the secure client portal lets you follow progress and add comments without repeatedly telephoning the office.
