An offer is subject to contract and does not reserve a property. Estate agents must report offers to the seller unless instructed otherwise in writing.

Information we will need
- The property address and amount offered.
- Who is buying and how we can contact them.
- Whether you need a mortgage and evidence of an agreement in principle.
- Your deposit or cash-funding position and the source of funds.
- Your current position, including any property to sell.
- Your chosen conveyancer, if appointed.
Submit your offer
Use our detailed offer form to tell the sales team about the property, offer amount, funding and everyone buying. The form is part of this website and follows the same secure, test-labelled email process as our other enquiries.
